Gmail Provides powerful Features that many of us don’t know, many of us don’t use Gmail effectively. Gmail has Endless built in Features such as undo a Send mail, Insert images inside mail, Filter Spam mails and more. Here is the list of Best Gmail Features.

There are many useful Features available in Gmail Labs. Unread message lets you to see unread emails count on Gmail tab icon. Go to Gmail Settings > Labs > find “unread message icon” Click Enable then Save Changes. Now you can see how many New emails in your inbox by a quick glance.
Filter Spam Emails
Do you know all spam mails and promotion Emails have Unsubscribe Option somewhere. That gives a way to unsubscribe them .but we can’t unsubscribe mails one by one. You can filter those spam mails and send them Trash or any folder.
Open Gmail Settings > choose Filter tab and scroll down to the bottom and “Create New Filter”
A window will pop up and now type “unsubscribe” under “Has the words” box then hit “Create filter with this search”
Tick “Skip the inbox (archive it)” and Tick “Apply the label” and create a new label from Dropdown and hit Create filter.
Easy Option to Insert Images
Gmail allow you to insert online images in Emails. Go to google images search and open an image just right click on it and Copy image. Now compose a new Email in Gmail. Press Ctrl + V on your Keyboard and the image will be pasted into the Email. You can also Drag and Drop images from any website.
Gmail Auto Advance Feature
Auto advance Feature will automatically show your next Conversations after you deleted a Conversation.it will save your time from unnecessary clicks.
Undo a Send Email
Do you know you can undo a sent e-mail in Gmail. This life saving feature will prevent you from sending mail with mistakes .when Gmail introduced it first users were allowed 5 seconds delay to undo the mail. Now it’s upto 30 seconds .most users don’t know about this feature it’s hidden in the Gmail labs.
1. Select the gear icon from top right corner of your Gmail a dropdown menu will appear and select Settings.
2. The settings page will open select labs tab
3. Scroll to the bottom you will see undo Send select enable.
4. Click Save Changes in the bottom of settings page.
5. All done come back to your inbox and compose a mail to check.
When you hit send an email the dialogue that displays “your Message has been sent” will also show you the undo option .if you click on undo the email will reopen in the composition window.
In Default you have 10 seconds to hit the undo button otherwise the button will disappear. You can adjust that time by going to Settings >General>Undo Send and select the amount of seconds that you want the Undo Email message to be displayed.
